1. Agreement

By creating an account you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you use the service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.

2. Service description

AllSportsMonitor provides athlete and team performance monitoring, analytics, and related coaching tools. Features vary by subscription tier.

3. Accounts & acceptable use

• You must provide accurate registration information
• You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials
• You must not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorised access, or upload unlawful content
• Coaches and admins must have a lawful basis to process athlete data (consent, contract, or legitimate interest as applicable)

4. Health & performance data

The platform is not a medical device. Performance metrics are for coaching purposes only and do not constitute medical advice. Organisations remain responsible for obtaining athlete consent where required.

5. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. On termination, personal data is handled per our Privacy Policy.

6. Liability & governing law

To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months. These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland; EU consumer rights remain unaffected.
