Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

1. Data Processing Agreement

For Team and Enterprise customers in the EU/EEA, AllSportsMonitor acts as a processor when handling athlete personal data on your instructions. This DPA supplements the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

2. Processor obligations

• Process personal data only on documented instructions
• Ensure personnel confidentiality
• Implement appropriate technical and organisational measures (encryption, access controls, audit logging)
• Assist with data subject requests and DPIAs where applicable
• Notify without undue delay of personal data breaches
• Delete or return data at end of service

3. Subprocessors

We maintain a subprocessor list and will notify enterprise customers of material changes. Objections may be raised per the enterprise contract.
