1. Data controller
AllSportsMonitor Pro is the data controller for personal data processed through the AllSportsMonitor platform.

2. Personal data we collect
- Account data: name, email, phone, password (hashed), role, timezone
- Performance data: training sessions, metrics, and team assignments you or your coach upload
- Technical data: IP address, device/browser type, session logs, security audit events
- Billing data: subscription tier and payment references (processed by our payment provider)
- Communications: support messages and marketing preferences where you opt in
3. Legal basis (GDPR Art. 6)
- Contract (Art. 6(1)(b)): providing the service you signed up for
- Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)): marketing emails and non-essential cookies — you may withdraw anytime
- Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)): fraud prevention, security monitoring, product improvement
- Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)): tax, accounting, and regulatory records where applicable
4. Retention
Account data is kept while your account is active. After deletion, identifiers are removed or anonymised except where law requires longer retention (e.g. security audit logs up to 7 years).
Subscription tier limits may apply to performance data retention; see your plan details.
5. Your rights
- Access and portability — download your data from Settings → Privacy
- Rectification — update profile in Settings
- Erasure — delete your account from Settings → Privacy
- Restrict or object — contact privacy@allsportsmonitor.com
- Withdraw consent — cookie banner or Privacy settings
- Lodge a complaint with your EU supervisory authority
6. International transfers
Where data is processed outside the EEA, we use Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards with our subprocessors.

- Cloud hosting and infrastructure (EU/EEA preferred regions)
